Rose’s Rescue Mission

Here at Rose’s Puppy Toes our parents are our pets, our friends and part of our family.  They eat, sleep, and play with us and our children.  We don’t force breed nor over breed our females.  Our parents are chosen with the purpose of breeding and rearing high-quality happy, healthy, and well socialized puppies.  Also when it comes time to retire our parents we donate them to those in need of a companion animal who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford or train a puppy.

By supporting us you help us to rescue dogs that aren’t so fortunate.  Those in need of a better, safer, healthier life of dignity and get them the love they deserve.

Many of these animals are dogs that were used in breeding farms treated no better than livestock, puppies no longer wanted, or leftover from litters that were unpopular or unsold. Some of these puppies would otherwise be destroyed by unscrupulous breeders.  We find these dogs and puppies in need and get them:

  • A clean bill of health
  • Procedures they may need or medications needed to fight off infections or parasites
  • Food and other Supplies to Foster
  • Basic Training Skills
  • Finding them a furrever home

Each month, we may have a different breed, age and quantity of rescues that need homes. If you are interested in being a huge part in these animals lives who so desperately need love and care, please reach out to us to see what we may have.

Also please be responsible when choosing your breeder as there are many farms in Northeast Ohio, Central Ohio and around the country where puppies are a commodity such as livestock.  Where dogs live out the “useful” years of their lives in cages stacked two and three high.  However when adoption prospects come the puppies are shown in family basements and houses with no signs of the parents.  The only way to stop bad breeders is to not support them regardless of wanting to get the puppy out of the situation.  Low prices almost always mean low value of both breed and quality of life for the puppies but especially the parents.

While we appreciate your support, we do not accept donations.  We do this with the availability of proceeds from our family hobbyist breeding.  As well as an abundance of love for the four-legged best friends that make our lives that much sweeter for it.
